Dave helped my fiance and I buy our first house. Since this was our first time going through this, we had no idea what to expect or how the process worked. Dave was extremely patient in answering all of our questions in layman's terms, and he was available 24/7. He built out a spreadsheet that showed us what our monthly payments would be for the upper and lower end of our budget (and everything in between) to help us understand what we could really afford. He did this for two different kinds of loans (conventional and VA). He's extremely knowledgeable about the process and was very communicative on timing. We had to make some last minute changes to our loan that put our close at risk, and he was able to process all the changes quickly and get everything done in time.

Seriously Dave really is the BEST! I was so overwhelmed trying to compare loan options as a first-time home buyer, but once a friend recommended Dave to me, everything suddenly became very simple. I felt like the other lenders were trying to take advantage of me by obscuring the process - but not Dave. He made me a spreadsheet so I could compare my loan options apples to apples.
